The top of the middle back seat is a little wet. Should I be worried? Is there anything back there I should be worried about?

I did the same thing. There’s insulation behind the plastic bins that could have gotten wet. Mine was pretty soaked, so I took the bins out and dried all the insulation and back seats with a hair dryer. I’m sure it would have been fine if I let it air out and dry as it was during the summer.
Bins come out pretty easy. Might be worth it to check.

Stick it in a bag of rice and it will be fine. :)

We have all done this at one point in our lives! Dry it out and don't worry about it!

We def have not. But, as suggested dry it out as much as you can and keep a fan on in there for passive air motion so you can cut down on any mildew growth. My 150 leaked bad and it was a pain

I did this with my old 4Runner once. It got pretty wet. I left a dehumidifier running in there for a day. Kept the windows cracked a little bit while the dehumidifier was running to let the excess heat out. No issues or smells after and it filled it’s bucket rather quickly.

If it was saltwater, you would be worried. Rain water, nope. Dry it out, put a fan in there for as long as possible, make sure to run the ac. That’s all I have.

Pulled the plastic panels out and checked the insulation. It's not even wet. Truck is fine.

One time I broke two 5 gallon water jugs in my back hatch. Good thing it was the summer, took several days to dry out.

    No worriers.
I got caught in a hellish rainstorm both loading and unloading cab front and back the other day too.

Everything in front drivers door panel, switches, water on the driver’s info dash center and back got soaked.
After unloading I closed the drivers door, I took a towel (always keep a towel) and wiped it all down, except the back. Screw the back.

And as I was wiping it all down I starter to wonder, Is this the reason why TW guys are always having issues of one sort or another with their trucks? And as I wondered about future troubles, worry and fear started to take over me.

I then said, screw it! This is a TOYOTA, it’s indestructible. People go thru chit like this every day and even into ponds and just shake it off.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!
