Trying to figure out if this box is for the interior lighting or if this is for the brake light? Any help is much appreciated.

    Both, and more.

That fuse box comes standard on recent Leer shells. I have it on mine. The box contains 3 fuses -- 1 amp for the brake light, 5 amp for the dome light, and 10 amp for the auxiliary circuit.

In your picture, the right-side top plug (with the wires coming out of it) is for the brake light and the dome light. The other top plug is for the 12 volt auxiliary outlet and the remote back window lock. The bottom plug is for the wires coming from the truck.

More specifically, the bottom plug accommodates up to 6 wires, as follows:
    Pin 1 - Brake light (red/while wire)
Pin 2 - Window lock (green wire)
Pin 3 - Dome light (red wire)
Pin 4 - Ground (black or white wire, depending on the harness)
Pin 5 - Window unlock (blue wire)
    Pin 6 - 12 volt auxiliary (red/black wire)

    Top right plug:
Pin 1 - Dome light (red wire)
    Pin 2 - Brake light (red/white wire)
Pin 3 - Ground (black wire)
Pin 4 - Ground (black wire)
(In your picture, these are pre-wired.)

    Top left plug:
Pin 1 - Window lock (green wire)
    Pin 2 - 12 volt auxiliary (red/black wire)
Pin 3 - Window unlock (blue wire)
Pin 4 - Ground (black wire)

The wire colors are from the appropriate Leer wiring harnesses.

Would you happen to have a direct link to a wiring harness that would work for this? Thank you for the help!

There are two different choices for the truck-side harness. The elegant (but expensive) one uses a pass-through connector for your 7-pin trailer outlet. That way, you don't have to tap into the truck wiring.

Or, you can use the cheap alternative, but you have to tap into the truck's brake light circuit. (You still have to run a wire direct to the battery for the dome light.)

    Stock for now.. maybe
I guess this box was hidden ( I doubt it because I've traced the wires) on my Leer I purchased less than 2 years ago? Maybe it has something to do with power locks and suck which I don't have. I do have the 3-way 12 volt offered with small black fuses installed.

    Pictures tomorrow

    Edit- such not suck

Look under your back seat driver side kick panel to see if you have one of these. \/ \/ \/

This /\ /\ /\ is the flasher for the OE High Center Break Light. It has Bullet connectors that you can simply unplug. You can disable the High Center Break light by unplugging it. And simply run a new wire from here to the Topper Third Break Light. You topper light will flash just like the OE light did.

Where did you exit the cab from that wire to get to the topper?

There are several different rubber plugs under the seats. Just poke a hole in one with a small screwdriver. If you look at one of the videos for installing the Pop-N-Lock devices, they use the same access point.

I purchased it when I ordered a new Leer 180 from Radco Truck Accessories and that was the additional cost for it. It was a genuine Leer branded product.

I got the same fuse box and set up, could I use these wires and splice them into my tacoma 2017 break light? Or do I need to get other cables to make them work?
    Thanks
