Led whip not working?

    Hey guys, bought a whip off Amazon last week to see what it's like, online they say the mount is self grounded, then the single wire coming out the end, I got the wire and pressed it down on my hot terminal on my battery and nothing happens.... Any ideas?

    the ground is probably the metal bolting part on the bottom, so it likely must be mounted (and thus grounded) to work

    You were right! Lol tested it earlier, didn't have the bolt to anything bare metal, tried the bolt to the battery holder downer chingadera and boom! Lol thank you!
