Has anybody encountered this before with this tire or any tire for that matter?

I had a slow leak. I initially thought that perhaps the tire was leaking from the valve stem since there was no sign of a nail or hole anywhere. I had my techs dismount the tire off the wheel, adjust the valve stem and re-mount the tire. Still triggered the TPMS light after every 2-3 days. We did a pressure test where we inflated the tire to about 40-PSI and then covered the tire with soap and water to see where the bubbles would form, which would indicate the leak source. The tire is actually leaking from the inner sidewall. The sidewall is literally leaking air from about 10-12 spots. About a ¼ area of the sidewall is leaking, I would say an area from 3-o’clock to 6-o’clock. It is nothing that my techs and I have ever seen before, which leads me to believe that it may be a tire defect.

    Any ideas, guys?

I would have to agree that it is a defect. However I personally am not a fan of the Bridgestones.

    Too few to list.
How old is the tire? If your truck is newish and under the 3yr/36K take it to the dealership.

Yup, tire defect. Replace it. Tires may still be within warranty (see tire warranty pamphlet that came with the owner's manual).

Unfortunately I bought the truck used from a non-Toyota dealer (a Jeep dealer) but they had no idea it had active CPO on it. Not that it being a CPO will help me with this issue but it was an added bonus. The tires look brand new but I will have to go check the DOT reading to see when the tires were manufactured. I contacted the Dealer where I bought the truck from but I don't see how they will have the balls to help me since it was a used truck.

When I bought my truck new I was specifically told if I have any trouble with the tires don't come back to the dealership, go to the tire manufacturer, instead.

The warranty is provided by Bridgestone. The dealer would just be helping you with the warranty claim process, assuming the dealer is an authorized Bridgestone tire retailer.

In your case (tire purchased with used truck, no receipt for tires), the warranty covers free replacement within 4 years from the date of manufacture, and pro-rated discount for another 2 years. Note the tire warranty is better than the Toyota bumper-to-bumper warranty for new vehicles.
