Hey does any one if this normal for 2017 Toyota tacoma to leak like this. I have about 28117 miles on it. I took it to the dealer and they put the red stuff on the Terminals. I thought that was Weird to me. They're still acid blowing all over the battery. Any help?

Get a new battery. The red stuff they sprayed on is to prevent corrosion, it doesn't make it any less of a bad battery.

Batteries leak gases that cause corrosion as they age.
    Just replace the battery.

Your engine bay is showing some bad signs of neglect. Replace that battery ASAP and get in there and do a good engine bay cleaning. Everything looks like its rusting horribly after just two years.

I would plan on buying a new battery clamp and bolts. Yours look like your nuts are going to be hell to get off.

Is it worth seeing if Toyota will replace it under warranty or would I be wasting my time? Anyone get their battery replaced under warranty? Mine is leaking but not nearly as bad a OP’s.

Good lord, at the very least the dealer could have neutralized and cleaned the battery! Clean the battery up with some baking soda and water. Then retreat the terminals. However, you will be looking at a new battery in the near future.

I’d like to know this also. I’m replacing my battery soon and want to clean the terminals before putting a new one in.

It's still under warranty should I go back to the dealer and make them replaced it with a new battery and clean up the terminals?

This is a common sighting on Toyotas at my shop over the years. Clean & protect often is all I can suggest.

Once the battery hold down loses some paint from acid it seems the corrosion spreads even more.

Clean the corrosion, clean & paint hold down or replace, protect cable ends with protector in a spray can. Or try fluid film ?

You can buy battery cleaner in an aerosol can, or you can use baking soda and water (cheaper). If you clean with either product be aware that when you rinse the cleaner/acid off the battery, it can stain your driveway.

Battery maintenance is on you as the owner. So cleaning it up and protecting the terminals is something you should do. If the battery fails and is still under warranty, the dealer should then be contacted. A solution of baking soda and water is your friend for cleaning.

Also, you can check the electrolyte level (remove caps) and add distilled water to bring those levels back up.

Good to note. It does leave stains. I use spray bottle with water to spray down and then wipe up the mess.

Exactly correct... don’t delay, this should be your weekend project. Search for some battery and tray cleaning techniques, lots of options there. Get all the corrosion/rust out, apply an anti corrosion coating to exposed/damaged metal and R&R components as indicated above.

Silly question (never had to clean battery terminals before), do I need to detach the terminals from the battery before cleaning or can I leave everything connected? Last thing I want is to fok something up or worse zap myself.
