BTW I'm running mine on option 2 and its great. I don't have about of constant weight but when loaded for a camping trim its not sagging. Rides great when empty too.

Nice how much weight are you carrying when camping? Do you know if sliders get weight into the equation as only the back portion are being supported by the rear it seems

Stage 2 seems to be the sweet spot. I’m running stage 3 because i have a decked drawer system, canopy, rtt, gear that gets me easily to 500-600 lbs.

I'm going to pull the trigger on the RXT's today too man. Can't argue with the price.

Yeah, they've been fixed for a few years now. No cutting is needed.

What # packs are those? The picture you just posted shows a rub on the shackle, and either you don't have long enough shocks or haven't articulated enough to let the 2nd leaf exit the shackle, at which point it would jam into the shackle rib

Dobinson's took the 110 and 111 and made the 2nd leaf longer! The 110,111 were fine originally

Please post or message me pics of the shackle ends of brand new stock of 110, 111, 112 springs you have.

    Thank you

Here is my Dobinsons 110 that I purchased in early 2020 for reference. The second leaf does look shorter.

I'm using the icon RXT. has 3 options you can switch between depending on the load. I like mine so far.

Thank you for the pic, no clearance issues with that, in fact the leaf could be extended just shy of the shackle ribs

I had my date wrong it was early 2020 I got the 110's. But Yes, no issues with shackle clearance. Has been a fantastic leaf pack so far.

    +1 for Deaver.

I had the RXT for a few months but switched to the J66. Rides significantly better and is a much better designed pack. Their u402 will be perfect for what you're looking for without being overly harsh like the RXT is. Deaver is also known for making leaf packs. Icon isn't.

When you swap them out, if you aren't changing the hangers at least grab some upgraded greasable shackles to throw on at the same time. The articulation of the pack is much smoother with aftermarket ones with bushings that do not bind.

I have been running the Dobinson 110 (2.10-Inch Rear Lift Leaf Spring; 0 to 220 lb. Load), with Rago shackle hangers for 10k miles with wheeling in CO and UT. Great experience so far, and no squeaking or clearance issues. I got closer to 3" of lift with the Rago hangers.

Ride is great with an empty bed/hitch, and also feels good with my 125lb bike rack + a few 35lb mtn bikes + a few camping bins (50-100 lbs). Install on the hangers was time consuming to grind off the factory rivets holding the original hanger, but ride quality is excellent. Did not need extended the rear brake lines (only 1.25" spacer on the hard line axle mount). Lastly, a completely deflated 35" can be crammed in between them in the stock location (requires a bit of effort).

If these will fit your application, you can buy both of these for the price of the Deaver leaf pack.

I have been running OMEs 111Rs for two years. A bit bouncy unloaded but great when the rack is loaded with kayaks or towing the teardrop.

Should always replace the u-bolts whenever they come off. They're torque-to-yield and are only good for one-time use.

I actually have a BNIB set of Deaver U-bolts that would be long enough to work with any config of the RXT. Hit my DM if you're interested.
