Lead time for Softoppers?

Hey TW,
I ordered a softopper a little over a month ago and I’ve tried to contact softopper via email/phone and haven’t heard back. I was wondering what everyone’s time from order to receipt of product has been with them? When I purchased it, they sent an email telling me to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping, now starting week 5 I’m wondering if this is commonplace or not. Thanks for the insight TW

 

I ordered one on March 1, 2022 and it arrived unexpectedly on April 22, 2022. I was never updated with shipping information after the initial emails that said 2 to 3 weeks. I was just about to contact them when it showed up on my doorstep.

I just installed it yesterday.

 

Well that’s good to know that it’s par for the course haha. Looks awesome! I’m super excited to get mine put on, just need it to show up first.. haha

 

I guess I got lucky because I ordered mine on 4/24 and it's being delivered on Friday. I was expecting a month wait based on what I had read.

 

I ordered mine Sept 9. I called again today and told me it would be another 2-3 weeks.

 

I just ordered one today. So I guess a 6 week expectation isnt out of the question. Which kinda works, as I am traveling the end of the month

 

Same here. I was supposed to leave by oct 15th for a solo camping trip before starting my new job, now I don't know if I'll have the time

 

Well, I dont know if this is the topper or not, but I just got a notification I have a FedEx delivery coming on Saturday. There are only 2 other things that I have ordered-a pair of jeans, and a halloween costume, and both of those are being delivered via USPS (Amazon) on Wednesday. So, I am ASSUMING that the package coming FedEx is from Softopper, but it is shipping from CA.
IF this is that package, then, it was pretty fast. I ordered a black short bet topper for my 21 taco on Oct 3. If it shipped today, thats 7 days for shipping. IF it is the package being delivered saturday, then thats 12 days. But I will update Saturday.

 

Just an update: My Softopper, black, shortbed, will be here Monday the 24th. I ordered in on October 3, so thats exactly 3 weeks out. Never received a notification for it being shipped, but had another package coming FedEx, and this one was tracking as well. So, 3 weeks for my product. Hope this helps!

 

Any one got more current updates on lead times? Just ordered mine 3-13. Email says 3-4 weeks to ship. I will update when I get it.

 

mine was nearly 2 weeks? Shipped to Hawaii within 3 weeks from date ordered

 

Wow. Just saw the notification that my topper shipped today around noon. Says delivery Friday. So excited! On a work trip all week. I am supposed to get back Friday so it’ll be perfect timing.

 

Topper arrived. I got it installed today.

 

Zero lead time on mine. Ordered after business hours Tuesday, got shipping notification Wednesday, and I’m expecting to receive it Monday. Tan short bed, FWIW.

 

Same experience as @MT_Head . Ordered on Friday, "Shipped" same day, movement on Monday, expected delivery Wednesday.
