Has anyone one dealt with Koons Tysons Toyota in VA? They seem to be advertising the best prices on cars.com. I'm thinking about working out a deal with them I just wanted your guys input before going further (closing the deal and booking a flight to VA)

All good just want to make sure you are getting all your info correct. I live in the NoVA area and trust me when I say dealt with all of the dealerships within a 50 mi. radius to me. I would recommend Priority Toyota in Springfield they are where I purchased my 2016 from and didnt haggle and hit the price I asked for immediately. Good luck!

I have not purchased from them, but I have used a price quote I got from them (actually a pretty good price) to go back to my local dealer and say "hey I can get this vehicle from Koons for this, can you beat it ? " Local dealer went into the back room and came out and beat it by 100.00, which was fine with me. I was dealing with the Koons in Easton MD. They also have decent prices listed right on the Koons website. I was considering buying from them (3.5 hour drive) but my local dealer came in just under. I have contacted two Koons sales people via email and they were easy to work with. Hope this helps you.

If you are flying in make sure they have it on the lot. I purchased a 2016 DCSB SR5 in MGM from them on November 30th. They told be the truck was "en route" and will be delivered between the 10th and 12th of December but to expect it early. On the 10th I called and asked for an update they told me the 12th to the 14th. On the 12th I called and asked for an update and they told me the 14th to the 17th. Yesterday I went and met with my salesman and they tell me the truck in in NY at the port waiting to be shipped to Koons Tysons. They labeled it "HOT" to speed it up, who knows. To make it up to me they have waived the rental fees and put me in a brand new Tundra until the Taco gets here. I am very frustrated and will definitely look other places for future purchases. ive been into koons toyota in westminster md, i assume they are related to the one in VA because the share the name and if you look at the websites they list inventory for all of the koons dealers....that being said make sure the truck you want is on that dealers lot, it could show in their inventory but be on a lot 100 miles away
and second when the wife was looking at a rav4 they showed a nice price online but when we went to the lot the actual price was a few grand higher(typical games of showing rebates not everybody can get etc)

I live in the MD region and after ~10 dealerships I found a dealership either inventory, price and service that I liked. It was a 1.5 hour drive but I would do it again! It is over at passport Toyota in MD. But yes.... I dealt with Koons at two different dealerships and they had the make I wanted but did not garnish my trust.

Koons in Westminster is part of the same koons group and they are horrible to deal with.

Un willing to work with you on price and give you insulting offers for your trade. I tried buying a truck from them multiple times. Walked out all three times

    My $.02.

They offered us about $5k under blue book for our trade, then we find out we need to qualify for all kinds of impossible rebate and incentives to get the advertised price

Have dealt with Koons on a few occasions, and they seem to be the typical sleazy car dealership. I have had great luck with Ourisman Fairfax Toyota however off of route 50 right where it intersects with route 123. Fantastic dealership.

I picked up my 2016 BBP 4x4 Sport DC. I purchased from Koons, they were honest and bent over backwards to accommodate. I didn't trade anything. I was happy and got a great deal. I have already referred two people to Koons Toyota in Westminter MD. You can trust them.

Dulles airport is easy to get to Koons Tysons Corner. I shopped around five regional dealers before settling on KTC. They ordered my 12 for me and it came in ahead of schedule. When it arrived I rode my dual sport bike the 2 hours to get there(I live on the eastern shore of Maryland), loaded it in the back of my sexy new Yota, and was on my merry way. I would buy from them again.

I ordered from Koons Arlington (which is 11 miles from Koons Tysons) and have had a painless, professional experience so far. My truck has been built, but I'm still waiting on delivery so I am not done with them yet. I got the price I wanted and have had great easy communication so far.
