Hey guys I'm new here just got a 2015 Tacoma TRD and when I get it over 80 every now and then I have a kazoo sounding noise from the passenger side front windshield. At first I thought it was the antenna in the wind please help!

Thats a Tacoma feature. Cross winds and highway speeds can create a negative pressure that causes the door top frames to distort enough for the seals to part, turning your truck into a musical instrument. Some have replaced door gaskets, but I cut a slot into mine and fished "backer rod" foam into seal bulb to help stiffen it up. I could be wrong and you could have a windshield air leak, but your description matches my experience.

If not a bad windshield, it's probably the known door seal issue. Search this forum for "kazoo" and there are several posts.

I had it, replaced both seals with the Toyota parts, and it solved the problem. T-SB 0170-16 information attached, the seals still retail for around $75 each for a 2015 double cab.

I recall people blue taped (the hell out of) the windshield seams and drove fast to rule that out, then did the fix with the seal modification.
