    Just another of many negative reviews for this company..

    I ordered a Ring and Pinion set (SKU : D44JK-410-OE) from justdifferentials.com that was on sale Aug. 27, 2023 and never received it. After creating a ticket(#20689) Sept. 19, 2023 with their support agent (DPI Off-Road Web Support) I was informed in a personal email from slitzo@dpioffroad.com Sept. 26, 2023 stating "we will be canceling and refunding your order due to our liquidation sale stock being sold out" and that "The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value". Just to note the same SKU was again on sale for the price I paid Sept. 25 2023 when I checked to see if my support ticket had been updated.

    :rofl: I don't know how this is supposed to help their case...

    • My ticket was moved to another agent and closed with this reason...Contradicting the last agent telling me "The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value"
    • For the record their inventory online says 2 in stock..but we all know that shit isn't right at most places
    • My justdifferentials account doesn't show they cancelled anything

    Yea I've heard mixed reviews about that company. That's one reason why I've never ordered from them and this is why I will never order from them or recommend them to anybody .

    That sucks man - especially since you missed out on that crazy good deal! They used to be an amazing company to work with a few years back, before they were acquired by DPI. It's a shame to see their business and service decline so much.

    I just ordered R+P and Lockers and was planning to order from them (JustDifferentials) and even considered letting them do the install until I started reading some of the recent reviews. I ordered through ECGS and have had nothing but stellar service and support from them (ECGS) so far.

    I replied to the new Support agent reopening the ticket "this response contradicts what the previous support agent told me and was still not an acceptable resolution." This morning it's showing that I don't have any tickets(Open or closed or Any) and my order still shows that it Processing.

    Called them and asked for the same product, said they have a 4.11 D44JK-411-NG (Nitro Gear) instock and it would work the same as the 4.10 D44JK-410-OE (Dana) which is out of stock. Gotta love a company that will clearly try to take peoples money hoping they never call or question where their online order.
