Whenever I go over little bumps in the road at speed, and my windows are down, I'm hearing a split second key jangling noise, sounds like it's coming from the front wheel well. Suspension related?

Just replaced my LBJs so that's not the problem. Could it be the uppers making noise?

this might be a long shot...

The cotter pins on my axle nuts were making a "jingling" noise as well. They were fully bent over but done so in a way that they made a high pitched "jingling" noise while driving or hitting bumps

Gently ride brakes over an area of road that causes this noise.
This will rule out the pads.
I have it and it turned out to be my pads... but 2006

Drive faster? Turn the radio up? Both work for me.

More high pitched than that.. plus I have tundra brakes so the pin spring is a dinky flimsy little thing.

Honestly don't remember now. Haven't noticed it since I put my lift on either. I would think one would just remove the cap and tighten the pin so that it won't move and hit the cap

I have bud built skids... but that's a good one, I'll recheck the tightness on all of the bolts and stuff

I had a noise that was a loose socket in the jack compartment.
I also had another Toyota that made a clunk on bumps. The front of the bed was bent and tapping the cab slightly. Drove me nuts till I finally found it!

Check the upper shock washers too. Sometimes the nut backs off and the washers jingle.
