Can someone make this a thing?

Saw it on TT from the guy who makes unnecessary inventions.

    Oh look, another mod....

GM made those back in the 80's. on a lot of Buick's, they had a vent under the steering wheel to blow air "on your lap", but everyone else called it "The a/c for your balls!"

I had a car with one of them, and during the summer time when I was driving in my shorts it felt greaaaaaaaaaaaaat.

I had an early 80's circa Toyota pickup that had a small AC / heater outlet below the steering wheel that sat right at "package" level. It was great on those sweltering summer days.

My fire dept Ladder truck has they at leg level in the right front seat. Issue is, when wearing bunkers, you can't feel it at all. And my knees constantly close the vents. When you're in shorts for something like a parade, it's awesome. (it's a Ferrara Cinder chassis- HD-77)

A lot of police use these things in their cars, so they can get air under their vest and all that. A lot of people make them.

My 1G Sequoia has a ball cooler...best feature ever...why they went away and why more vehicles didn't have them is an automotive tragedy.

Not hard to do. I built something similar in my trucks in Iraq/Afghanistan to route the AC into my pants and vest. I used hoses from the NBC filtration system from a blown up truck, a cut up 20oz Pepsi bottle, and some duct tape. If you have a true desire to get it done, you can figure it out.
