I'm not sure if this has been talked about here, but the current Jeep JL received a "marginal" rating for the IIHS drive-side small overlap crash test due to constantly rolling over. From what I've heard, Jeep claimed to remedy the issue but the IIHS found that the problem still exists.

I know it's not exactly Taco-related, but I the gladiator is somewhat a competitor of the Taco and was on my potential list for a very very short time. I wonder if the same issue exists for it?

For comparison purposes, here is the 2019 Taco:

While the Taco seems to fall apart like 2-tons of legos, it appears to absorb most of the impact. This looks awesome, as safety was one of the primary reasons for my purchase :) It would sure suck if your Jeep rolled over and slammed into something hard with that soft-top. I'm curious to see how the Gladiator does in the safety test.

In the second video look at how the rear passengers head hit the door frame. DOA.

It's kind of crazy there are no rear curtain airbags. I feel like that would have solved this issue for a bit more $$$

Looks like the wheel coming off the jeep has a bit to do with it the rollover

Yeah the Tacoma has curtains everywhere. The Jeep is like I think one might work here.
