Either don't do it or get new universal intake pipes. My 2c
This mod does nothing except make sucking sounds.

I swapped out my 1998 air filter housing for a 2002 air box and MAF. I purchased my intake tubing, elbows, bellows and hose clamps from http://www.siliconeintakes.com/
I have been happy with this setup.

Just remove and replace with PVC pipe caps of the same diameter. The hose that clips into the resonator box just lays across the engine bay with no consequence.

Ok if you're going to do this, don't just cap anything off arbitrarily. You need to get a breather filter for the evap line, but you can remove the tube once you do that. It wants atmosphere.
The one attached to the 'resonator' goes to your fuel pressure regulator and also should not be capped off. It certainly needs to see the pressure (or lack thereof) of the intake tube.
The two lines from your valve covers (PCV and the red one in the picture above) either need to also go to your intake to burn oil, or you can add a catch can.

Sorry, I meant to use PVC pipe caps for the two ports in the intake tube. Drill the caps and thead in/glue push on barb fittings for vacuum hose as needed.

My 96 also has vacuum for the PS hooked up to nipples on the pipe caps blocking off the holes in the intake tube.

it’s basically the spectre universal intake tube that i got from autozone for 40 bucks, then i just got 2 of the spectre tube clamps, cut the tube to size and had to cut some part of the original tube to fit that other line.I was thinking if they had any tubing for it so i wouldn’t have to use it which makes it kinda ugly. But for now it’ll do and ill just do it another day.
