Realized the other day that the rear bumper on my newly-purchased 2013 looks to be sagging. Is it? Or is this just how they look?

I doubt it. I have the same thing it looks like the bumper is kinda offsides a bit right?? yeah I have the same thing on my sr5 and it bugs me too cause ill go smoke outside in my garage and stare at the rear bumper thinking some heavy ass weight just bent the bumper a bit or something but I think its normal

well there is another reassurance lol but yeah to be certain if your springs are sagging or not just measure from center hub to fender and see whats the measurements, im guessing without nothing in the bed it should be 21 1/2 or 22 stock? maybe someone can chime in on it. I had my bed rack on when I did measurements and it was 21 inch in the rear

    a bunch of new/used parts....and some skids.
Check out the bolts underneath to the frame. Should be adjustable up and down, just a hair, but might be enough.

I think torque is ~85 but don't quote me on that one ( I have a trailer hitch)

It is sagging. Here is a shot from my 2015. Notice how the gap is even from top to bottom.

Depends if it's sagging because it is bent, or because it shifted in the mounts.

I've seen trucks where the owner put a ball hitch on the bumper and towed too much, causing the thing to bend and be unfixable.

But I suppose if it is sagging because a bunch of fat guys stood on it at the same time, there may be some adjustment.

hahahahahah yeah hmmmmmmmm ........ for me I think I neglected by just letting it slam when I first bought but I didn't notice it until now well few months ago. but it doesn't bother me, it just makes me stare at it for a minute thinking my eyes are playing tricks on me lol. gives me an excuse to get a new bumper

probably all those fat dudes you've been toting around.....

yeah, just loosten the bolts up a little and wiggle the bumper till it fits just right, then hold steady and tighten back up.

I took mine off to repaint, had to have my gf look at it and tell me when it was lined up right.
