Is mudify a scam?

OP has gotta ask themself who to trust. The random social media post on tik tok or the people who actually make the lift. This thread should be less about them asking for your ID and more about critical thinking.

OP I’d just cancel your order since it sounds like they haven’t charged you yet. Then simply go to the OME website or call them up and buy direct. Don’t impulse buy a freaking lift kit from a tik tik account lol. Delete those apps and check out a book on auto repair from the library, enrich yourself.

 

Or the same person... getting free internet buzz.

 

His bringing up other/older threads about Mudify, and their sudden appearance, makes it too coincidental.

What others are saying is Mudify and the OP are one in the same.

I'm sure the mods can figure out where the two are posting from, etc and determine if they're one in the same, or at least from the same area.

The OP brought up two or so other threads before creating their own specifically asking about Mudify all within a day.

 

Yes we know you are new. That's why it's suspect when you drop out of nowhere and start pointing fingers about a member who raises scam concerns.

How about interacting with "the community" in a way that doesn't involve the products you're selling? That would go a long way to build trust around here

Nah honestly I don’t really care. The brand just sounds like a Chinese influencer account from Tik Tok that wants clicks from underage boys who can’t afford these products anyway.

 

I ordered an OME suspension kit from them a year or so ago. Everything arrived as expected. No issues.

 

They're legit, I purchased my OME lift from them last year. They had the lowest price I could find on an OME lift. No issues here.

 

So I bought a BP51 lift kit from Mudify ($4,000) two weeks ago. I was called by Miguel saying that my order was fraudulent and I had to send my picture ID. It seemed super suspicious and started looking online when I found about this post that I barely red. Immediately got nervous and called Mudify to cancel my order.

I was passed to the founder of the company, forgot his name, super nice guy. He explained me into details why they are requesting for ID in some orders that their system was fraudulent. We realized together that it was because my shipping address was to my new home which I recently moved and my credit card information was far away.

I don't usually leave reviews, and I didn't have an account on this forum. But I am so grateful that I didn't cancel and gave my business to such an amazing team of people that really helped me through choosing the right lift kit for my truck, and also helped me with other stuff that THEY DONT EVEN CARRY!

5-stars to Mudify. I will definitely be a recurring customer there.

If you didn't read this thread (like me at first) I can assure you that MUDIFY is a legit company with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

 

We've ordered a bunch of ARB stuff from them a few times. Definitely not a scam - they're legit.
