Hi there. Is it normal for a bed rack to wobble a little under weight? I have attached a gif showing what I mean. I bought the new Kuat Ibex bed rack, and I have a 218 pound hard shell tent on top along with a 40 pound awning. The dynamic off-road capacity of the rack is 300 pounds. In the gif, you will see that when I push and pull on the bed rack, it flexes a little bit more than the truck. Is this normal, or do I need a new rack?

no idea, but looks a little normal. try putting the camera on the bed of the truck so its easier to see the flex of just the rack and not the whole truck rocking? everything is bolted tight?

Everything is bolted correctly. I don't have a way of recording it on the truck without the phone falling. I imagine it is normal for a bed rack to flex/wobble a tiny bit with 270 lbs of weight on it, but I don't know.

Yes, It is pretty much the same. A little less cause I added a drawer system last week. But from the research I have done, if we add bed stiffeners i should help.
