Haven't seen much on the Ironman4x4 leaf packs, I just installed a set of medium load leafs and I'm currently sitting a little over an inch higher on my passenger side than my driver's side. I do have them oriented on the correct sides but it looks like the driver's side is making contact with the shackle. Anyone have anything similar happen?

Also running 5160s and I'm wondering if I'm going to top out on them. Currently passenger side is sitting 24 inches from hub to fender and 23 on the driver's side.

I can measure mine when I get home, but I have their FCP, idk if that makes a different at all.

Thanks, I think its the same pack, more concerned about the contact on the shackle on the drivers side.

I've run just above 1000+ miles on them.
I measure 23.5 on both sides.
Currently have Topo Toppers Mesa Camper in the back (weighs about ~270Lbs)

Yeah yours looks much more similar side to side. I do have some weight on mine, are overland canopy, rack, RTT(140lbs) and an awning. I don’t think it adds up to over 440lbs though

So ironman says my second leaf on the drivers side is too long, they're sending me a new pack, ground the end of that leaf down in the mean time.

Cool, nice to know they are taking care of you.
I actually just checked my whole lift kit since I've driven about 2000 miles now (just over a month), and discovered this.

Brake line is rubbing on the bolt from the leaf pack wearing into the brake cable & the bolt is rusting already.

Are you or anyone else with Ironman leaf pack have this issue?

I don’t think I have enough miles on mine yet. I’ll take a look tomorrow though. Are your packs pretty flat when loaded up? Any chance you have a picture of them from the back looking forward on the pack?

I can try to get a picture tomorrow or the day after.
I have not taken a look at them after loading up with some weight. I've got some supply run to do for work, maybe I'll take a look after I load up with some weight. It's usually around 400-600lb of stuff.

Here’s a picture WITHOUT load (except my constant load of camper, ~270lbs)
    IMG_3308.jpg

And this is today with load of roughly 600lbs of supply + camper (again, ~270lbs)

I know this is an older thread, but I’m seeing the same wavy bend in my Ironman 4x4 leaf springs on my 3rd‑gen Tacoma. Also, I noticed my truck seems to lean more to one side. I've heard it has something to do with countering the additional weight of the driver’s side due to the driver and a full gas tank.

What was your fix for the leaf spring?

    Never fixed anything. Still running.
