Hey everyone! I’ve had my OR for about 6 months. I haven’t had my it detailed since Feb.. looking for recommendations on the best product to clean the door cards. I’ve never had a vehicle with this fabric-y type material. No idea what to clean it with. Also, I’m clumsy and my door has tons of shoe marks

UPDATE: I was able to scrub the fabric-y looking section with a soft brush and chemical guys (any interior cleaner would do it) and now it’s good as new.

also- I found a video about using a magic eraser to remove the stuff marks from my shoe. 95% gone!

I know this is a stupid post about basic ass interior interior but hopefully it helps some one that had the same question as me.

Youll get a million amswers chock full of hard to find products.
I just use murphys oil soap and warm water, dry it with a microfiber towel and use some armor all.

In before 50 people say armor all sucks.

    1st.
    Armor sucks donkey balls.

Just use an automotive all purpose cleaner like Meguairs and follow up with a non greasy protectant like aerospace 303. You can even use aerospace 303 on the exterior like the fender flares and tires.

I use any off the shelf interior cleaner. It’s a truck with a plastic interior. Not a all suede Porsche.

Most of it is pretty easy, but from experience, those scuffs are annoying to get out. Hopefully you'll get some suggestions for that

I use simple green concentrate all purpose cleaner and dilute 10:1 to clean any interior surface and remove grime. Then I follow with aerospace 303 uv protectant. That shits awesome.

I use the below Meguiar's product for all my interiors detailing and get good results, however don't believe you will get all those shoe scuffs out.
By the way, what's up with that ugly yellow/white caution sticker under the door handle? My '18 TRD Sport never had that. I believe the first thing I would do is get rid of that.

I think it's for the locker operation on our OR models.

i second using chemical guys, especially for the exterior! For the interior I blend using Car Guys Super cleaner to clean most everything, then Adam’s Interior Detailer and dash and plastic bc it has UV protection built in. I also use one I’d the chemicals guys leather cleaner and have had good results but I could give or take on that one (doesn’t smell as great as their other products).

Ive used armorall on all of my vehicles with excellent results:notsure:

Im very ocd when it comes to my vehicles and all my interior plastics looked like new in all the vehicles i owned.

I dont slather it on, i spray a bit on microfibre towel and buff it in, works beautifully.

I ve used the Maguire's interior cleaner and detailer but it's not really good at scuffs from shoes. I'd use simple green or Murphy's oil soap and finish with 303. Maguire's products usually are good but I wasn't happy with that one and won't buy it again.

OK, so as the newbie, I'll ask the dumb question. What is 303?? Other than the area code for Denver. I know you guys.
