    Looking for advice securing halo's.

I'm tackling my first attempt at retrofitting headlights, and will being doing a quad projector setup. I have thread to secure my halos around where the factory projector would be, but I doubt I could run thread anywhere around the Profile Hi-Lens 2.0's that I will put in my hi beam bowl.

Has anyone used silicone glue to install halos before? I just want to make sure it would handle the heat and bumps from WV roads so I don't have a dangling halo a few weeks after install.

I don't have the parts yet to take a picture, but this is the closest I can find to what I'm wanting for reference.
