Installing airbags without a jack

    I've never installed air bags before but it looks easy enough. How compact are they before being inflated? Are they slim enough to install without jacking up the truck?

    I mean it's possible but it's not going to be much fun. You are pulling the u-bolts off to remove the bumpstops and install the lower mount in its place.

    You should not need to jack up the truck to get into the dash and steering wheel. :crazy:

    Def want to disconnect the battery. It would suck to have the airbag inflate while trying to install it.
