You might look at "fitting" it with a new set of gears.
36" is going to kill the bottom end.

    It doesn't have to.

    I can't really help on the 36"
Maybe someone who has can help.

I think you are confused on what exactly you want. Nobody, like exactly zero people, who know anything about offroading are buying a 6" drop bracket lift for better off-road capability. And anyone who really does care about more off-road capability isn't buying tires "so it doesn't look skinny." Just say you are doing it for Instagram and then you'll get actual good comments here.

Personally I'd return the 6" RC lift because it's junk. Then do an actual 2" suspension lift and put 33" tires on zero offset wheels and call it a day.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
    Lots to learn here.

As stated above, 6" lift is terrible for offroading. Truck will be way too top heavy to be safe or useful.

Also, I think you mean you want wheels, not rims. The rim is part of the wheel where the tire sits. The term 'rim' is typically used by kids with ricers or rappers with 'street cred'.

Chiming in to also support this. A 6in drop bracket lift is not for off roading. Shits gonna break yo', and make you WAY too top heavy.
If you want better offroading capability start with the only thing that touches the ground: tires.
You'll find that better tires will meet 90% of your offroad needs. A small lift with quality aftermarket shocks just helps make it smoother and can slightly reduce rub. If you aren't rock crawling, a simple OME or Bilstein 2in lift kit and some Cooper Discoverers or Falken Wildpeaks will do the job.

Or, if you're set on a 6in RC lift, really commit to it and go -25 offset with some chrome 30in donks with 35s, sqaut the back all the way down to the axles, and get a large sticker for the back window that says "FLORIDAMAN".

OK so first thing I would suggest is to never make your username on a public forum as your actual name. This is just a life lesson, one that people older than teenagers would already know.

Second, if you have all those cars you are claiming and if I found the right social media profile, there's no way in hell you bought them. I'm calling b-b-b-bullshit unless they are Hot Wheels. Then again there are tons of rich spoiled nerds in the IL burbs so maybe it's true? Hug your mom and dad real hard tonight.

Please do not destroy that nice stock red Tacoma by installing a drop-bracket lift. Can't you trade it for a diesel farm truck and ruin that instead?

because i don’t want to spend 3k on a lift kit eventually i would get bilstein shocks and struts so it would be nicer

lol yeah a lot of people on here hate the DB lifts and love their plain jane honda civic trucks that nobody would pick out of a lineup.
