Has anyone come across a set of inexpensive seat covers that fit well? Kids are grown, no pets, no food or drink allowed (except bottled water) and I do very little driving, so don't need the ultimate protection. Just something to protect wear areas (entering/exiting) and sweat.

Looking to spend less than $50.

Based on your usage, perhaps all you need is a good coat of scotch-guard or something.

That would work to some extent, but I'm worried about the side bolster wearing from sliding in and out of the truck, hence the desire for a cover. I've used a towel before but would prefer something more permanent.

Quite happy with my Cal Trend seat covers. Got the neoprene ones but they make them in Coradura too.

I've only had the truck for 3 weeks, and have already done new wheels/tires, running boards, cruise and intermittent wipers. I'll be found floating in the Gulf of Mexico if I spend $200 on seat covers! :D

Head down to your local auto parts house or Walmart of your wanting something inexpensive. They won't be a nice and tight fit, but it'll be cheap.

Cheap and good fit don't go together.

I bought my leather (made by Pecca which is OEM mfg) on eBay for $325 shipped, installed it myself and sold my original fabric on eBay for $150. Best deal you will find. Good luck. Alternatively you could get a donor seat out of the junkyard and beat the crap out of it.

Hmm, that's not too bad considering it's for the front and the rear as well. Are you happy with the fit?

I've had Cabela's TrailGear Seat Covers on my last three vehicles. They run around $25 and hold up well for the price. They're not specific to Tacoma seats, but there's enough adjustment in them to get a decent fit.

Really happy with the fit of them... Actually a better fit than what I expected. They don't shift around or slip out of place.
I got them because of the way my 2006 Tacoma seat bolsters wore down from sliding when getting in and out.

I suggest finding something with the airbag flap. I've found a lot of the inexpensive seat covers lack this feature.

Lift, wheels, tires, floor liners, tonneau cover, and bed rug.
I have the Coverking NeoPrene in mine. They run about $250 a row but the fit is nice.

From my experience a seat cover that does not fit properly can cause as much damage to the bolster as not having one at all. I tried cheaper seat covers and ended up replacing them with Clazzios. Not cheap at 430 but man do they class the truck up and fit great, no movement look factory. If possible I would recommend saving up and get quality covers if getting any at all. My .02

    LS1 swap with nitros.
I bought a set of new oem seat cover takeoffs on eBay for $100. Essentially new seats for $100 and no need for silly covers.

#15676 I have had these for a year and a half. No the best fit, but they are holding up.
