Looking into getting some side steps, or running boards for my '16 TRDOR ACLB. I didn't see this thread here so I thought I would start one.

15' oem running boards, probably the cheapest and best looking IMO.

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
If you are going to do some off roading, get sliders. For straight up mall crawlin, either steps or running boards will do. 5" tubes will protect your door from dings.

As far as slider brands, check out the vendor section and choose what you like and can afford.

For tubes or runners, same thing.

Most runners and tubes not secure or strong enough to take a beating off-road, sliders are designed for that.

Im not going to do any serious offroading, the truck is mostly for motorcycle hauling. Probably the only off roading I'll do is logging roads, camping, and little things like that. Im looking for something to help people climb into the truck, I'll probably stick with the OEM ones that people suggested.

For looks, I like what comes on the TSS package. I did a good bit of research and found that some sliders made to be dual purpose as steps would be my choice though. Protection from offroading, protection from dings, more ground clearance, and can be used as a lift point, step to reach the roof..... pretty practical. I ordered some Mobtown Offroad Sliders with filler plates and a kickout.
