I'm thinking 2nd & 3rd Gen Tacomas are about to go way up in value!

I hope not. I don’t need another reason for my insurance to go up.
I don’t care what my truck is worth. I don’t plan to sell it. I’m going to drive it until it “quits”.

I'm thinking everyone who wanted a Tacoma already got a Tacoma. I don't think any Tacoma is about to skyrocket in value.

Just you watch, citizens will flock to the 3rd gen Tacoma in droves, to experience the last real engine Toyota ever made….the 3.5L V6.

average person buys a vehicle because of latest new year and looks
    (possibly why sales of 16-23)

so a newer truck with nice interior
    More power and efficiency
and higher electricity everyone else goes to great and expensive lengths to add to an old vehicle - coming stock

is going to have that effect you say?

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
I'm all for making the cruise industry go all electric . Carrying food and water can be an upcharge. Only thing free is the toilet that these things are anyway.

In the interview the Toyota rep was saying all Tacomas from now on will be either EV or Hybrid. So we're they talking about 2025's?

Bullshit. 2024 is gas or Hybrid. 2025 is same. Maybe in 2050.

A lot of it will come from Utah, especially around Moab, go compare mineral deposits needed for EVs to the recent and future closures.

The value of our trucks is staying the same, the value of the dollars in your bank account is falling day by day.....

They won't go up in price because of a new model. That never happens. I'm guessing your youtube video meant the v6s are gone?

My truck has spent the majority of it’s short life working in the high DESERT of SoCal and at least a month every year in the DESERT of Baja Cali. There are not many charging stations once you leave the cities in Baja and for that reason alone I will NEVER own an ev. So remind me how my neck of the hood is going to turn to DESERT? ‍ Facts not politics!

That's why when I needed (read: wanted) a new truck, as in I'm the first owner, I pulled the trigger April of 2023 and got the last of the 3rd gens, as opposed to waiting for the 4th gen. It's not perfect, but I love my brand new naturally aspirated V6, even if it is the hated and maligned 3.5. Sure beats the piss out of my old 2.4L! LOL.

No, there was a Toyota Rep talking about the new Tacomas will all be either electric or hybrid.

BTW, when the 3rd Gen first came out, people were paying more for used 2015's than new 2016-2017 until they got the bugs worked out.
