    Hi Everyone,
My 2000 SR5 2.7L with an extended cab and 350k died, and I'm seeing a P1300 and a P1130. I'm guessing I need a new ignition control module/ igniter assembly, but I cannot locate it. The schematics and other posts say it should be on the left side but I simply cannot find it even by following wires from the ignition coils. Can anyone point it out to me? Does it even exist? I've been looking for something like my third image. I see my mass air flow sensor. Obviously, my main concern is fixing the issue. Thanks in advance.IMG_4084.jpg IMG_4073.jpgs-l1600.jpg

Rebuilding seats with leather from furniture and extra padding. Might put leather on the dash and other interior parts.
It is on top of the righr wheel-well on my 96.

I removed a box with hoses from the right side. ( I don't know what it is.) I still didn't see the ignition control module. Could it be under the fuse box or battery?IMG_4088.jpg IMG_4086.jpg

Did you ever find it? I'm looking into doing the exact same job. If you did, did this solve your problem? I just got quoted $495 for the part which isn't even oem oem was $750. I know its not best practice but I found several sensors in the $30-100. I've already put a lot of money into mine so if I could save a few hundred dollars that would be amazing.

A quick google search says it's near the fuel pump for the 5vz.

My model does not have an igniter. Apparently, the igniter is built into the direct ignition coil onto plug.
