Bare painted metal showing. The cross member that runs right to left visible. No headliners at scrapyards after months of searching.

    1. Leave as is?

    2. Cover it with duct tape, gaffer tape, fabric?

    3. Cover it with something rigid like coroplast, abs or plywood?

Probably use industrial velcro, stick something to the roof, carpet maybe, held in place w the velcro.

    Make sense?

Yes. Makes sense. But I'll line it with molle pouches.

put in some insulation and a nice piece of luan maybe, I don't know but I'd do something to keep the heat out.

Put up dynamat (or whatever the hot sound deadener/heat reflecter of the moment is) and drive it.

For those that ask, it's a work in progress.

Id prob cut thin foam to shape. Then go to a fabric store, pick out the fabric you like. Glue it to the foam and affix the new “headliner” to the roof

I have acoustic foam glued using Fuze-It over my headliner. Would work on bare metal too.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
i might not even notice unless it was making noise then i would do what needed done.

Being serious I would need to look to see if my vehicles have a headliner

    Removed ashtray for weight reduction.
Install a roll cage and hand grips along with a few stickers. Make it look like the Banana or the Morrvairs no headliner.
