With the glass I have on it and a 1:8 twist with a 62gr bullet, it'll ding a 1000 yard gong pretty regularly.

It is heavier than I was looking for, but won't ever get rid of it. My other Noveske with a can is heavier anyway.

haha, no, my larue is an 18" My 24" is a bushmaster. I've never shot the larue at the gong. I have no doubt it would do it though.

One of these days I'm gonna plop some money down and get a Wilson Combat Ranger and a matching X-TAC Supergrade 1911

I may be alone here, but selling parts has been WAY more lucrative than what I’ve made off of stocks.

You know how much a gen 2 or gen 3 receiver set is going for these days?

I saw a gen 3 set go for about 4.6 Shares of GME just last week.

The gun I busted today was the ugliest, most miserable AR you'd ever see. Armalite lower, 16" bushmaster barrel. god knows what cylindrical foregrip. No upper rail. A1 stock (the ugly vietnam one). Magpul rear flip up sight, and some generic front flip up sight that doesn't have a spring, because the magpul wouldn't fit on the front gas block due to the ugly cylindrical aluminum fore-grip.

It is truly the whore's build of rifles, and I love it.

Did pretty good until it gave up the ghost today. I'll put some new parts in it and frankenstein will run a few tens of thousands of more rounds.

There are plenty of guys doing that in this town, so they don't need another.

Both my Noveske's are private party sales and I like it that way. The Aero I purchased from an FFL.

$87 trigger group sounds like it fits.

(just don’t tell people it’s as good or better as their Geisselle. They get mad quick.)

Maybe I'll put a Timney trigger in it just so she feels classy. Nah. She's getting the generic lower parts kit sitting in the back of the safe I bought a decade ago. She's an ugly rifle, and she'll stay ugly and sloppy and just keep working.

Don't get me wrong, I really like all those sleek and sexy battle rifles that you can hang a kitchen sink off of with all the rails. I own a few of them. But they still throw 5.56 ammo down range just as well as the Ruger Mini-14.

I like short throw, magazine fed .308 bolt guns myself.

You think Tacoma’s are an expensive hobby? Hahahaha.
bolt guns laugh at Kings and Superchargers.
Don’t get me started on all the new actions and AI chassis...

My post-GME idiot splurge will definitely be whatever is necessary to buy a full auto, probably MP5.
