I have a 2024 4th-gen Toyota Tacoma SR with leaf springs, and I was wondering what someone's recommendation is for a small lift with leaf springs and the size of the tires. I am reluctant to put blocks under the leafs. Thanks for your help.IMG_1332 2.jpg

Maybe there will be some shackles available. The leaf sprung SR might be the worse truck to lift. I have only been interested in the XC, and I wouldn't want to put blocks on one of those trucks either. The way the leafs hang down and so much spring being exposed I don't think it will look good, if it's purely for articulation that's a different story.

You're gonna need to add a sarcasm indicator otherwise people are going to think you're stupid.

Are the new leaf set ups Spring Under axle? There should be some options coming out for you. The add a leaf packs could be a decent option, especially since you are starting with a fresh pack.

Are you lifting to install larger tires? A cheap way would be to add an RC 1.5" leveling kit (spacers) up front and then add some lift to the back if needed. Lots of ways to lift the leaf springs a bit.

Your truck already looks a lot more level than mine does with the coils. 285/70's are pretty easy to fit, especially if you lift the front 1.5".

The new leaf springs are under axle, meaning 10x more comfort than previous gen. Also, when a Deaver pack comes out for this truck, it'll be nice.

Here is what is listed for Tacoma on Deaver's site:
    https://deaverspring.com/product-category/leaf-springs/toyota/

You should call them and ask if they have a leaf spring for the 24' Taco, maybe it's not showing but could be in production and maybe available. Depending on the weight you plan on carrying, you'll need to know to match the spring load/rate.

its spring under- so blocks would actually lower it.

I'm in the same boat with the SR, I have an add a leaf ready but not sure if it will add as much lift being under axle. Might be waiting for Deaver's too.
