I got one!!!

I just purchased a new to me 05 Tacoma CC 4x4 TRD off road with 39xxx miles on it. It was certified and I got the extended warranty for $800. Oh and it's manual, I love 6 spd! I think it's called impulse red for the color, but I'm not sure. I know it's not the really bright red...I will get some pics of it up on the correct section soon. But I couldn't hold it back anylonger

Anyone know of some fun 4x4 trails near Phx for a novice? Just something to get my feet under me...

Thanks everyone, I can't wait to go wheeling in my new to me truck. It's been SOOOO long. I have heard needle rock is nice, in a couple of weeks I will go check it out. I have to work this weekend and next is my engagement party, so the fiancé wouldn't be happy if I ditched her to go out into the wild. She is almost as excited as me...

As far as mods go, nothing for the time being. I don't have the money and we will be getting married soon so what I have now is going to go for a down payment on the house we just started to build. But after some time goes by, I'm thinking 3" lift, level the truck out, black rims with some nice aggressive tires and front and back bumper from All Pro (sp?) with a winch and my wench in the front seat

The guys at Earnhardt Toyota gave me a good deal for the extended platinum warranty, it was $820ish if i remember correctly and it covers everything on the truck (i keep wanting to put car lol) for 100k miles or 7 years. Gary is the name of our finance guy and he said that he gave it to us for his cost. It only bumped up the payment $4 a month. But the sad thing is you can't purchase the warranty if your not within 3yrs/36k miles of original purchase date. So it was a good deal for us, now I don't have to worry about the truck braking and getting married and having a house payment...

Mines an 09' and I dig it so much I plan on actually keeping it to about 100K...Hence I'm gonna buy the warranty before the 3-36 expires. $820 was a nice price. My local dealer tried to straight mug me and quoted me 2 grand! I laughed in his face and walked out the door.

My dad has an 07 SR5 in Radiant red and he bought his warranty from some guy on Toyota nation for i think $700...if you are going to get a warranty do it with someone like that. Not at the stealership, our finance guy just happened to be nice AND fair so it works out good for us.
