My DIL's 2019 Elantra does not have working high beams. Problem started some time this week. I swapped out the relay and fuse and still not working. It does not work if the switch is pushed or pulled, even though the high beams indicator is lit on the dash.

Any idea where to check next?

Dumb question. Have you checked the bulbs and made sure they're good?

Second the bulbs. Check them then break out the multimeter and work your way backwards from the socket until you find voltage.

The odds both bulbs burned out at the same time?
I have not as it's highly unlikely a 2019 would have both sides burn out as the same time, but I suppose a surge could have blown them both.

Understandable. But sometimes people don't realize one went out at first. Then when the second went they notice they have no high beams. Not saying this is the particular case here. But I've seen it enough to ask unfortunately
