but can someone tell me how to turn on the fog lights?

I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6

You have no foglights unless they are aftermarket. The lights in the front bumper are signal lights. The lights next to the headlights are just marker lights, they don't blink.

yup, no foglights on the 1st gens. you can take out the blinker and move it up top and convert the bumper lights to fogs.
