I have my microphone mounted on my rear view mirror. Running the wire under the top headliner panel, down the a pillar, now I'm wondering how to get from the base of the a pillar to the head unit plugin ?

Run it down the pillar under dash ,along the bottom of the dash and take a speaker wire or coat hanger and fish the mic wire up to radio.

You didn't mention if you removed the A pillar trim panel. If you have not, it's really easy and then you just poke the wire down through.

Pop the 2 caps out of the grab handle. Use a 10mm socket to remove the 2 bolts. Remove the handle. grab the trim at the top and pop it out. Pull upward on the trim. After that, it's easy to poke the wires down through.
