Hey guys. I want to pull the big TRD decals so I'm wondering how to remove them. Of course I don't want to be left with an outline of where the decal had been. Thanks for any suggestions.

Warm up the area, (out in the sunshine around noon hour was good for mine). The decal should peel off. Mine had been on the truck for five years. WD40 will clean up the residue and a little wax to shine it up. No ghost outline.

What he said. I always have removed mine right after I buy the truck so no chance of ghosting.

i removed mine with picking at them with my fingernails, then following up with window cleaner with a microfiber, clay bar, then wax.

Cool. I was more worried about the "ghosting" than i was actually taking them off. I was thinking on grabbing the ole ball & chains hair dryer to soften them up cause the midday sun is pretty mellow now that were in October in NE. Has anyone tried Turtle Wax sticker remover? I should just go with the WD me thinks. Thanks

you don't specify how old your truck is, but if it's a number of years, there definitely will be some ghosting on there. i bought my '18 used in '21, and there's some ghosting if you look hard. some of it was corrected out with polishing the truck, but definitely there if you know what to look for.

It's the worry about ghosting that bothers me. It's a red 2021 and I don't no if that's more or or less susceptible to ghosting?
susceptible, It's not hot and sunny here in taxachusett I'll try a air dryer and some WD and hope for no apparent ghosting. Thanks.

… No ghosting, no nothin’. Mine is Silver Sky Metallic, your colour might yield different results. Best.
