These are impossible to remove and due to their location i am unable to use a socket on them does anyone have any tips to get them out? They are stripped down and somehow super over tightened and im unable to fix my truck because of this

The heads are stripped/rounded off? If a 6-cam long box end suggested above doesn't get it, you can try these.

Worst case scenario the radiator has to come out to get room to work.

Plus one on removing rad/fan blade

when I did my T cover gaskets over period of 4 days
    Only one came off
    All the rest were rounded/stripped
    What a PITA

somehow, with vise-grips and bracing with a long screw driver/small pry bar
I got all of them off
    Replaced all of the fasteners
    GL

    Believe me
I started Hulking It….and had to back off to gather myself, before going back to the same stripped bolt after drinking a beer
Shit those bolts along took me over 1.5hrs(with temper cool down breaks)

I also used a screwdriver to wedge against a nut and the main shaft while wrenching another nut. It’s a little precarious but it worked for me. You can also pull up hard on the belt while wrencing to bust the nuts loose then remove the belt afterward. A little penetrating oil won’t hurt either. I rounded off the first nut removing mine and used a small set of vice grips to get it off. Actually put it back on the same way and ran it till I could get replacements. Tried to order them from Toyota and was given wrong part number. Sought advice here on what size it could be, went to tractor supply and picked up 4 new metric M8-1.25 flange nuts. OEM took a 12mm wrench, what I bought took a 13mm. Worked fine. And my wife said she could hear
me cussing out in the garage from inside the house.

    Take your time
It sucks, but that is the best advice

at one point, I was thinking of using a circle cutter, then I saw how much the fan blade costs……

I believe that outer drive belt is holding tension on that fan clutch, wanting to tip it out, and making a couple nuts feel harder to loosen than they should be. If you can loosen that belt tension, it might be easier. I ran into that kind of situation on mine.
