Is there a short-cut method to get to the back of the switches so I can replace blank with a new one..? Looks to me like I've got to remove the front console panel (yellow arrow), so I can get at screws to remove the piece that has the switches in it (red arrow).

Is that the way to do it, or is there some other way.?

    Thanx..John

The switch install went very well using that video to remove the dash.

    Thanx again Meso.
