I have been looking for forever to find the wooden side to extend my tacomas bed height so i can fit more stuff in the bed is there anything I can put on it, I can't put wood boards cause theres no stake holes like most other trucks have.

Remove your plastic bed caps and I bet you will be surprised.

I looked and they dont have any holes and if they do there small but theres no bottom to them so the wood would just wiggle around

Maybe utilize the bed mount rails. Fabricate some brackets out of metal, mount with T-nuts. Then fasten 2x4 on brackets the length of the bed and built up with what ever you like.

For brush and firewood, I always just had plywood above the wheel wells, with 2x4 legs. I mounted plywood for the front to protect the rear window. I built them to a height so they could be laid down on top of each other in the bed, fitting between the wheel wells when not in use.
