Whelp...doing work to my Tacoma this fall, I've found my nearly 20 year old FlowMaster D40 is rusted through in a couple of spots. Time to replace it.

I've got a little MIG welder and some stainless rod and was thinking of building a custom exhaust for the truck, but don't know where to find some of the parts. I figure I'm going to do a Magnaflow high-flow cat since I'm there, a short intermediate pipe (with O2 sensor bung), a 4" inch round 18 inch long stainless Magnaflow muffler, then either a turn down there or some type of bedside exit like the one below (I know this pic is a 2nd gen, but it's all I could find)

Anyone know where I can find the Toyota OEM exhaust flange and O2 sensor bung? How about a place for a good deal on some 2.25-3 inch stainless pipe? The company Walker makes an intermediate pipe (on Ebay) that's cheap and already comes complete with OEM flange and bung welded on, but pretty sure the reviews say the welds are hit or miss and it's not stainless. Was thinking of just buying a Magnaflow exhaust and cutting it up, but that's spendy. If I can source the parts separately and do it cheaper, I'm all about it. What do you guys think?

That's awesome! LCE isn't on my radar since I don't have a 22R anymore. Thanks for the reminder!
