Both door handles are out of commission, one is cracked and won't work, the other is straight up broken. Already ordered new handles but to replace them I need to get in to my truck to take the doors apart. How do I get in?? No sliding back window.

Slim Jim. Or possibly use a coat-hanger bent with a hook at the end to pull inside door handle out. Use cardboard and a big screwdriver to pry door frame back. careful to not dent the pickup. Besides breaking the window those are your only options.

Super easy to use a hanger to pull up the door lock. Either go through the door at the top or through the belt moulding and pull up the mechanism from the inside of the door.

    Doors unlocked.

Lift handle. Grab rod handle connects to (when handle is not broken) with approriate tool (needle nose?) and pull.

Flying blind on this, but its an idea to inspect.

If it's an access cab there is a good chance one of the rear window latches is broke. Just give the window a tap in that area and it will pop open if ones broke. Then you can just reach right in.

Reach in through broken door handle, grab the door handle rod, and pull. Or push. Or jerk it. Your call.

The car wash locked the keys in my truck once. The owner tried telling me "these truck lock automatically it's a security feature" and I'm like "no it doesn't - I wired the entire central locking system myself"

He ended up using an airbag and a little hook thing to push the unlock button on the armrest.

The toyota tool works on other cars. But it was designed specifically for Toyotas in the 80's.when they made it harder to slim jim.

OP didn’t say the breakin had to be clean. A brick is the quickest way. I bet you’re not quicker than a brick in opening the door.

If it's unlocked and handles are broke. Get a stiff metal rod and wedge the door just enough to grab inside door handle and gently pull.

Old Ford anntenas were the best to make the out of. They won't break.

Or plan 2, if you have a slim Jim. Wedge the weatherstrip from window. And grab handle linkage and slid it forward. Watch inside door handle, it'll dance when your on the right linkage.
