    About $2250+/-
    ARB Air locker $1000
    Compressor, Etc $500
    Install $750

Keep the psi 100 or less to the locker or you may have issues with the seals

Looking at prices on Amazon I can get the arb rear air locker for about $990 arb compressor $360 and they were quoting me about $300 more for misc items for installation so labor is about $1350-$1500 is that a little much for installation? Should I look for somewhere else ?

Everything’s more expensive in HI. I’ve seen around $2k state side.

I feel like I've read on ECGS site that they will mail you an entire third member with new gears and a locker installed. All you gotta do is open up your diff and drop it in. Am I stupid?

Plus you have to send them your old diff ($100+) or pay the core charge. And pay shipping initially for their third, in the end not the cheapest.

If anyone is courageous, just install it yourself, takes less than 4 minutes.

Been flirting with the idea cause I didn’t get an OR from the beginning that’s the only thing I wanted loved the look of the SR so that made the choice on the SR never thought I’d need it till seen a guy with a brand new OR stuck deep in sand and didn’t know how to get out told him I can’t tow you out cause you’re in powder I would get stuck as well but if I could try and drive his truck out he had no experience didn’t know how to engage 4lo or the locker so he let me drive I didn’t wanna use the crawl control so I engaged everything I wanted and drove it out SR no locker might have not made it out there was also an incline about 4-5 feet and he was at the bottom my SR was on the top but you never know! I know somewhere it could be useful

Maxtrax will get you out of sand easy. That's what I have. $400 for a set of maxtrax verses $2000 for lockers.

Yea I have that but it’ll have limits just want a lil more assurance but then again I don’t push it to that point because I usually take my adventures solo. What kind of taco do you own?

Reasons to get a locker for me is I got stuck dropping off equipment on a muddy job with a hill and thought if I threw a n in 4low I could get out but had to get the bobcat and pull me so I want a locker so I can avoid the shame I got all terrain tires but was not enough think a rear locker will help and I got quote from 4wheel parts
