how do you remove fog light covers?

    if there are these cover like things over the fog lights does that mean there are no fog lights ?

    Cover King Seat Covers, WeatherTech Liners, PopNLock, storage bin locks, N-Fab Step bars, and G4 Elite Tonneau cover.
    As far as I know there are no covers if you have fog lights. If there are no fog lights then there is no opening of them.

    If you have black plastic pieces where the fog lights would go, then you don't have fog lights.

    it was a used truck but um i dont know what are banking plates but there is a black insert looking thing were the fog light are supposed to be
