I have a 2012 v6 Tacoma. My horn doesn't work when I press the steering wheel. But when I press the panic button on the fob the horn works. Everything else works on the wheel (audio controls cruise etc). The horn fuse is not blown. Where's the relay location?

But to be sure, look into the cover in the box, there's a "legend" of the relays n fuses.
I'm guessing the clockspring failed (inside the steering wheel)since it works with the fob.

I second the clockspring. I just replaced my clockspring and now horn works. Took a chance with a made-in-china knockoff. $19 on Amazon. To rule out the relay, swap out the horn relay with one next to it; the blue ones are the specs. If issure remains, chances are, it's the clockspring. Make sure you get the right one; I believe there is one for a steering wheel with jbl controls, and one without.
