IIRC they bolt up the same, as the Allpro skids state 05+. YMMV

Created a PDF from the digital file, going to print and cut out of cardboard for exact fit. Might play with the edges for a more custom look. Once it's done and on the truck, I will post the DWG, DXF or whatever format people want.
After crawling under the truck a few weeks ago it does seem the measurements are correct. I'd rather pay 5 bucks for a print from staples than waste metal. So prototype out of cardboard here I come, then ill CNC plasma the actual 3/16 plate.

A dxf would be awesome! Any chance you could post a stp file as well?

Never exported to .stp I’ll check soon and report back. I use Rhino for modeling seems to be able to export to most formats.

A .stp or .step is what is usually used to go between 3d modeling software.

Mocked up the foam core today. Lookin good. Now to cut it on the CNC plasma!
Can definitely say it fits on a third gen.

Are you going to add reinforcement ribs? Makes a big difference in strength and doesn't add much weight at all.

Excellent. I have 3/16 steel and even with reinforcements, my IFS is a bit wavy looking from getting beat on so much. I wouldn't want to imagine without the reinforcements.

yes, but the size is a little small at 19" OAL and 15" max for 3/16"

but it is a great little tool, have one on my shop and have played around with 3d printed tooling for it

Makin moves! Modified the file a little bit, added some flare and the oil filter trap door. Got it all cut and 3 of the 4 side bends done. Went with a perforated cut.
Shit, the long thin bends are a bear, wishing I had just cut and welded those instead. The other bends are not so bad. Going with 75 degrees instead of 90 on the edges. Anyone think that will hurt the structure over a 90 bend?
Tryin to get this done before an off-road park meet up next weekend!

Looks awesome. And no, I don’t think that 15° is going to make any discernible difference.

Finally finished the front skid, with the paint still wet I slapped it on and headed to the trails. Worked great! Bashed it quit a few times. Might add some more reinforcements right in the front angle. Seemed to take the most abuse.
Ended up needing to move the rear mounts back about 1/2 inch. Going to re measure now that I have some time and amend the file I made to post that for people.

So I moved the rear mounting holes back 1/2 an inch. I haven't cut a skid since I made the change, so IF YOU USE THIS PLEASE REPORT BACK. I made the mounting holes 1.5 inches ID, so I can slide a 1.5inch OD tube in and weld from the bottom.
I included all the accouterments. I ended up bending the sides to 75 degrees, the front two bends at 25 degrees, and the back to 30. I used the 25-degree angle to make the upright supports. I ended up cutting the perforation as open curves on the plasma. If and when I do this again, I would probably just cut and weld the side pieces, the big ones were not bad to bend but the sides sucked, and I don't like how the plate is a bit wavy from some bends, some welds, kind of rippled. I would rather a strait weld or a strait bend line.

If anyone wants additional formats let me know, it won't let me upload a .dxf or .stp, so message me your email and ill send it along. I use Rhino for modeling so I also have it in .3dm.

*For anyone that's interested: I am willing to cut these on my CNC plasma and sell them as DIY kits, or fully fabricated (unpainted).*

*Local pickup only, I’m in the NY/NJ area message me for further details or questions.*
