looking for location of high beam headlight relay location?
seems my high beams are not working some times......
sometimes I switch them on and it takes 30- seconds to 2 minutes to come on.....sometimes they never come on?
so I wanted to replace the relay?
    thanks

Did you check the socket itself to make sure it wasn't corroded to hell? My trailer lights were doing that because my truck's plug was corroded really badly.

    Free bump.

LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
It's in the underhood fuse box. I believe it's labeled "dim" or "dimmer". There is a main headlight relay that supplies power to the dimmer relay, the dimmer relay rests at the low beam position, when you push the switch to the high beam position, the dimmer relay is energized and switches from low to high. There has been at least one member on here who has had one fail. I think you are on the right track.
