My truck is waaay up off the ground and a regular old portable jack won’t reach high enough. I don’t want to cary a big heavy floor jack Around just in case I get a flat.
I would like to use a farm jack but I don’t have HD bumpers or rock sliders.
    How could I accomplish this?

Or, is there a good portable jack out there that will lift high enough to get my extended droop kings off the ground safely?

    Thanks y’all

There's a portable bottle lift jack with pucks/extensions made just for lifted vehicles.

I've seen some pretty big 6+ ton bottle jacks that would probably reach pretty high. But they're probably heavy AF too and at that point you might as well get a floor jack.

They make adapters for Hi Lifts so you can use them on the wheels. If you have to use it to change out a flat, you'll have to carry a jack stand with you to put under the truck after you use the hi lift on the wheel, since you have to take the wheel off to change the flat.

If you have a trailer hitch you can lift the rear of the truck with a hi lift that way. I've lifted mine like that before. The hi lift slides right into the hitch reciever. Can't go too high with it like that or it gets sketchy but it'll work to get the wheels off the ground...unless you have a crazy amount of rear suspension travel

    OME and worth every penny.
I usually put the jack on a piece of 2x6.

I dont have any first hand experience with it, but I've heard lots of stories of jacking via the hitch making the truck unstable ending in some bad mishaps. Just have to remember to keep some Jack stands like eon_blue recommended.

Jam it into one of the holes in your wheel and jack away.

Yeah it's not probably not the best way to do it, using the wheels with the wheel adapters is safer. Hi Lifts in general are pretty sketchy, I've seen one drop a truck before...luckily it still had its wheels on. Owner never lubed the jack.

Most important thing to do with Hi Lifts is to spray them down with a dry lubricant or even wd40 before every use. Mine has never failed me and I always douse it with dry lube before I use it

Would something like this work for you? This is a Hi Lift Lift-Mate accessory that hooks into the wheel and lifts the vehicle that way. Obviously, if you are needing to take the wheel off, then you'll need to lift the vehicle and then block it somehow so that you can remove the wheel, but it's a way to "lift" the vehicle to the necessary height at least.

Also, and alternatively, if you have a tow receiver, you can obviously use that as a jack point on the rear of the truck (but won't help with the front).
