(Sorry if already covered, tried searching forum).
    2017 TRD Off road

Over the weekend I installed my onboard air and light bar (pics to come).

I noticed a future spare KO blank next to my rear window toggle in the dash (SEE PIC FOR REF) It is the only spare switch KO available that I see. So I ordered an oem lightbar switch from Tacoma beast thinking it would fit, but the light switch they sent me is the smaller switch size (power converter switch size) SEE PIC FOR REFERENCE. The ARB came with a carling style rocker switch but it’s too big for the opening. Any ideas of a link to a switch that fits in that spare opening?

    Thanks for your help!

How do I tell that is the correct size? it seems like there are 2 standard OEM sizes in the dash?
In my picture above, the aftermarket OEM switch I ordered from tacoma beast "LED LIGHT BAR" will fit in the spot of the power converter and there are a bank of switches the same size in center console it will fit in, but theyre all being used (Qi charge, BSM, Aux, etc)

Sorry for being so short. MY truck hasn't arrived yet but what I would do is contact the vendor and ask for dimensions. The 2020 only has one slot without additional modifications. I will pop that blank out, measure and order after I speak with CaliRaised on the button/switch.

Toyota has two sizes. One is taller and thinner, the other wider and more squarish. The KO you are trying to use is the tall/thin switch dimension (at least in my truck), and you’ve purchased the more square wide-type button.

I have the same panel on my 2020 OR Premium. Bought a standard rocker switch and it is too wide like your ARB switch. Did you find the proper size?

Tacoma small switch definitely not an option.

I only found "small switch" panels for the left side. A custom panel could be ordered but I only really need a skinny switch that fits. The blank looks comparable to Amazon.ca Toyota 55539-AE010-C0. I am thinking the switch I have is larger than Tacoma tall switches but the blank is only 35 mm tall by 15 mm wide. The tapered tall switch hole is 40.5 mm x 22.5 mm on the front side and 35.6 mm x 17.4 mm on the inside.

    Yes they sell Tacoma switches...

    Short 32 mm x 22 mm
    Tall 39 mm x 22 mm

The blank is 39 mm x 15 mm
Position 15 indicates a clutch start cancel switch would be installed if transmission was standard. Toyota could not offer a switch.

Will have to cut to fit for the switch I have.

After removing the panel and accurately measuring the front side hole and the inner hole I have determined that the "blank" is large enough for a standard Tacoma tall style push button switch. The face of the switch is 21.0 mm x 39.0 mm and the panel front side hole is 22.0 mm x 40.0 mm. Lastly, the panel back side hole size is 35.6 mm x 17.4 mm and the blank is 35 mm x 15 mm.

The common aftermarket rocker switch has a front face of 49.0 mm x 26.0 mm. The rear of the aftermarket rocker switch is 37.0 mm x 21.0 mm. Finally there is not enough space to mount the aftermarket switch in the lower half of the panel in the blank position I hope to use. MESO custom panels only allow the small style 32.5 mm x 22.0 mm switches, cab light switch and rear window switch in the lower half of the left side panel.

I decided to order a custom labeled switch from CH4x4.com vs having a custom left side panel from MESO Customs printed.

I decided to use 1 switch to turn on the 30" LED light bar and Pod lights in the single blank spot I had.
