Hey folks! I'm looking into purchasing ARE MX or Leer 180 but I plan to haul my bikes in the bed (bikes height is about 41") and I'm not sure will they fit or not :(. Could someone measure the height inside 3rd gen with ARE MX and Leer 180? Thx.

I have a Snugtop Hi-liner, another mid rise option. I got the reinforced roof option, so you lose 1" height inside.
There is 41" clearance under the shell and 36" at the opening.
I remove front wheels and have no problem fitting my bikes in there.
I hope you have a long bed...

Thank you. So the interior height is depth of the bed + Highest Inside Point?

the way I understand it.. the highest point inside is measured from the top of the bed rails

Ok I just put on a Leer 180 shell on my 2021 with carpeted headliner.

I measured between the wheel wells from the high rib in the floor to the carpet headliner and get 41 3/4"

I measured my medium frame Scott Spark RC to the top of the saddle with both wheels on and it is 41".

Put it in the back with the front tire off (nothing else changed) and I have 2" to spare from the saddle to the carpeted roof liner.

Evidently with the front tire off and forks near the bed you gain a bit of additional room.

I know this is a very old thread, but would you mind measuring from the wheel well to the roof if possible? Cant seem to find any info on that. Awesome looking truck.

If you are referring to the inside ... top of wheel well to inside of roof?

I don't have my topper on right now. I remove it for the winter since I don't use it during that time period in the upper midwest.. Keeps the topper, windows and seals in much better condition vs leaving it on in -10f with road salt.

However if you take my measurement from bed floor to roof and substract the distance from bed floor rib to top of wheel.. you should have the measurement you asked for.

Just measured mine.. 9 1/4" from top of wheel well to top of floor rib.

I'd say ~32 1/2" from top of wheel well to carpet headliner.
