You should be able to use an extractor to remove it. If not, drill it out and helicoil.

Helicoil is an insert to provide an internal thread if you end up having to drill out the old screw. try an extractor first see if you can save it but helicoils are easier than they sound. Good luck!

There's enough meat there to at least try vise grips first. Soak it in Pb blaster and try it out.

Looks like you have a good chunk of the shank sticking out. Spray with penetrating lube, give it a day then turn it out with lineman pliers.

Leave it, put it back over the broken stud it won't fall out you really don't want to make it worse.

Like everyone else said PB Blaster let it soak and use vise grips, if that fails then go to extractor.

You could always thread 2 nuts on then use a box end wrench on the bottom nut.

If you have a torch heat up the boss that the bolt goes into and then use some vise grips to remove it, steel that is seized in aluminum is usually pretty difficult to get out without some heat.

In the wide world of broken fasteners, you have an easy one there.

Try your fingers, it might come out with no tools. If it doesn’t move at all, try vice grips. Put it on tight & try to twist. Don’t chew the hell out of it. If it still doesn’t move at all, I’d suggest an external extractor. They come in a set so you pick the biggest one that’ll fit. Then you can use a wrench or socket. Use steady even pressure, don’t yank. The extractor should bite, grab, then dig deeper onto the stud. It should work as long as you didn’t chew the hell out of it earlier.

Something like this. Dang, I know I didn’t pay that much when I bought a set

Use more PB Blaster or Break Away and keep applying it until you are ready to do business. If time is not an issue: "wash-rinse-repeat", then repeat again with -light- taps on the stud after the application: (don't wail-away on it)

One of the few times you'll get to experience that "more is not too much".

I can’t even get a grip on the bolt because of these hoses which I cannot even pull off of the tubes they’re connected to. I don’t know what to do. I’m really struggling.
