Help! Rear back bumper damage - do they make replacement that's color keyed?

I'm hoping with all the normal bumper scrapes this is readily available. Any help on where I can find the replacement bumper piece in cement grey?

1) How hard to replace myself?
2) Can I order the part color keyed (painted) cement grey?
3) If not, where can I order it and have it painted (just general recommendations)?
4) Part #?
5) You guys are the best - I'm also willing to pay to have it painted and mailed

thats what i did. brute force HC rear with single swingout and dual cans.

 

I just replaced one of mine last week. Bought one painted on eBay from seller topicker. They have yours for $62.97 painted. Kind of a pain to install but do-able
