Comparing approach/departure/breakover angle (degrees) I understand the Off Road's steeper approach due to not having the air dam but what gives it 3 additional degrees of breakover when they both have the same 9.4" ground clearance?

    4x4 Access Cab Sport 29.0/23.5/21.0
4x4 Access Cab Off Road 32.0/23.0/24.0

    Most likely different tire diameter.

Interestingly, the 4x2 DCSB OR has a degree less than every other trim in that config.

Well sport is 17"/70 and off road is 16"/75 so they should be about the same because ground clearance is listed at 9.4" for both and wheelbase is the same. Hmm maybe it is a typo. Yep just checked they have mistakenly copied the 127" wheel base Access Cab Sport and Limited SB with the same breakover as a 140" double cab long bed.

If I recall it all has to do with that front air diffuser that a sport has but not an off-road. That as well is a factor as to why the off-road gets a bit less gas mileage then a sport as an example.

Ground clearance is not measured to frame, but to lowest point.
So between tires and suspension frame can be anywhere but ground clearance pretty much the same. Hence angle different.

Correct. If you haven't notice the difference between the two here is a pic of a OR vs Sport.

Yes Wraith as I mentioned the approach angle disparity I understand would be due to the air dam.

What is that much lower on a Sport vs Off Road? I still maintain it's an error on Toyota's site BlueT. All things equal how could a 140" wheelbase have the same breakover as a 127"?
